Cadillac CT5 Mud Flaps

The CT5 sits low with wide rear arches, which means road spray gets thrown forward along the sills rather than straight down. Over a few salted winters, that grit works through the lower paint and into the metal underneath. A moulded flap set takes the abuse instead of your bodywork.

Moulded to the CT5

These are moulded from a 1:1 pattern of the CT5 arch, so each flap follows the arch line rather than hanging square below it. That matters for coverage as much as appearance — a badly shaped flap leaves the forward section of the sill, the part that gets hit hardest, exposed.

Built for Winter

The PP+TPO composite is rated from -40°C to 100°C. That range matters more than it sounds: cheaper flaps go brittle in hard frost and crack when a frozen clump of slush hits them at speed, which is exactly the weather they exist for. These stay flexible through a northern winter and hold their shape through summer heat.

Fitting

Around 20 minutes for all four, using the factory mounting points behind the arch liner and the screws supplied. No drilling into bodywork; the wheels stay on, and nothing is left behind if you remove them later.

What’s in the Box

Four Cadillac CT5 mud flaps — two front, two rear — with mounting screws.

Frequently Asked Questions — Cadillac CT5 Mud Flaps

Which CT5 years does this fit? +

The set covers the CT5 from 2020-2025. If you are unsure whether your model year is included, send us your VIN or a photo of the rear arch through Contact Us, and we will confirm before you order.

How many flaps come in a set? +

Four — two front and two rear, so the whole car is covered in one order. The front and rear pairs are shaped differently to match the arch profiles at each end, so check which is which before you start fitting.

Do I need to drill into the bodywork? +

No. The flaps use factory mounting points behind the arch liner and the screws supplied in the kit. Nothing is drilled into painted bodywork, and removing them later leaves no visible mark. Keep the original screws in case you ever want the car back to standard.

Do I need to remove the wheels? +

No. All four mount from outside the arch, so the wheels stay on, and no jack is needed. Turning the steering to full lock gives easier access to the front arches. Allow about 20 minutes for the full set.

Will they crack in cold weather? +

The PP+TPO composite is rated to -40°C, so it stays flexible through hard frost rather than going brittle. That is the usual failure point on cheaper flaps: they crack when a frozen clump of slush hits them at speed, which is precisely the weather they exist for.

Will they rub on a lowered CT5? +

The flaps mount to the arch rather than the wheel, so wheel size and offset make no difference. On a lowered car, the reduced clearance means the flap sits closer to the road — worth checking it clears kerbs and speed bumps before committing to the fitting, particularly at the front.

Are these the same as splash guards? +

Yes. Mud flaps, splash guards and mud guards all describe the same part — a moulded shield behind the wheel that stops road spray reaching the bodywork. Different manufacturers use different terms, which is why searching for any of them returns similar products.

Are these genuine GM parts? +

No. These are aftermarket mud flaps. Caddyaccessories is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by General Motors or Cadillac. The CT5 model name is used solely to indicate vehicle fitment.
