Will this fit my Cadillac ATS? +
It fits the Cadillac ATS with the standard grille badge. It is not compatible with the older Crest emblem, which uses a different shape and mounting pattern. Select the generation that matches your grille aperture, and if you are unsure, send us a photo of your existing badge through Contact Us and we will confirm before you order.
Does this fit the ATS-V? +
Yes. The ATS-V uses the same front badge mounting as the standard ATS, so this emblem fits V models with no modification. The only thing to check is whether your car has the standard badge or the older Crest emblem, since the Crest version is not supported.
Why is colour-shift only available on one generation? +
The colour-shift controller needs more depth behind the badge face than the 2nd Generation aperture allows, so that fitment is produced in white LED only. If you want colour-shift and your car takes the 2nd Generation size, the white LED version is the only option we can supply for that grille.
How is the emblem powered? +
The emblem connects to your vehicle’s 12V circuit, normally wired to the daytime running lights or parking lights, so it illuminates automatically whenever those lights are on. No separate switch, no additional battery, and no permanent drain when the car is off.
Is installation difficult? +
Installation is plug-and-play for most owners: remove the factory emblem, route the harness behind the grille, and connect to the power source. No cutting of factory wiring and no coding required. Allow 20 to 30 minutes. If you would rather not work behind the grille, any auto electrician can fit it in under an hour.
Is it waterproof? +
Yes. The housing is sealed to IP67, which covers heavy rain, snow, road spray and standard car washing including automatic washes. Avoid aiming a pressure washer lance directly at the harness grommet from close range.
Will it affect my warranty? +
In most cases no. The emblem is a non-invasive modification that leaves all factory wiring intact and requires no ECU changes, and the installation is fully reversible. Retain your original badge and proof of purchase. Warranty terms vary by jurisdiction, and since the ATS is now out of production, most cars are outside the original factory warranty period in any case.
Is there a rear emblem for the ATS? +
This listing covers the front grille emblem only. A universal rear tailgate emblem is available separately in our illuminated Cadillac emblem range. Check the rear badge dimensions on that listing against your own before ordering.
Is this a genuine GM part? +
